Mount Batur
Mount Batur is considered one of the sacred mountains in Hindu belief. Located in Batur Village, Kintamani District, Bali, Indonesia, Mount Batur stands at 1,717 meters above sea level and can be reached by physically fit hikers in approximately two hours.
Begin your adventure in the early morning hours, trekking under a starlit sky to the summit of Mount Batur, one of Bali’s most iconic active volcanoes. At the top, witness a breathtaking sunrise over the caldera and Lake Batur while enjoying a unique breakfast cooked by natural volcanic steam, paired with hot coffee or tea.
After soaking in the views, descend through dramatic volcanic landscapes and make a stop at a traditional Balinese coffee plantation to sample local brews, including the famous coffee plantation. The tour wraps up with a comfortable transfer back to your hotel by midday.
Itinerary
- 03.45 – 04.00 am: Meeting Point At Mount Batur Trekking
- 06.00 – 06.20 am: Sunrise rising while you enjoy our volcanic steam breakfast with a cup of coffee or Tea.
- 07.00 am: Start your trekking tour
- 09.00 am: Arrival at the starting point (Pasar Agung Puncak)
- 10.30 am: Stop off at a Balinese coffee plantation.
- 11.00 am – 12.30 pm: Arrival at the hotel ( depend on which hotel you are staying).
